Madima M Attorneys Incorporated is a law firm registered and established in accordance with the Law Society of the Northern Provinces regulated by the Attorneys Act, 1979 (Act No. 53 of 1979), now the Legal Practice Council governed by the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014. The firm was established by Mr. Maanda Madima, the Director and practising attorney with right of appearance in the Superior Courts.
We practice and specialize in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Law, Civil litigation at both the Lower and Higher Courts, Employment Law and Litigation. The firm boasts a wide range of individual and corporate clients such as Thulamela Local Municipality and the University of Venda.
We are uniquely positioned to appreciate the obstacles facing many of our clients, primarily because some members of our executive have personally faced similar challenges and injustices. Our approach focuses on improving the current legal imbalance in our justice system, by taking into account the intricacies of different customs, indigenous languages and cultures.

Maanda Madima
DirectorDirector & Managing Attorney
An admitted Attorney of the High Courts of South Africa with over 14 years of experience. He obtained his LLB Degree from the University of Venda in 2003. He has served multiple terms as Acting Judge in the Pretoria, Polokwane, and Thohoyandou Divisions of the High Court since 2015. He also adjudicates civil disputes as a Commissioner for the Small Claims Court.

Kganakga T.B.
Professional Assistant
An admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa who joined Madima M Attorneys Inc. as a candidate attorney, demonstrating strong commitment to the firm's values and legal excellence. He has since advanced to the position of professional assistant.

Giving Back to
Our Community
At Madima M Attorneys Inc, giving back to the community is an integral part of our collective mindset. We take pride in training and mentoring candidate attorneys and interns, mentoring between 5 and 20 young upcoming black legal practitioners every year.
We also contribute to entrepreneurial development by offering 5 free 30-minute legal advice sessions per month, and participate in motivational talks at schools and legal advice at community structures.

Pro Bono Commitment
Our Director plays crucial roles in non-profit organizations including ‘The Victorious Victim Empowerment Centre’ and ‘Munna ndi Nnyi Men's Forum’ — assisting victims of all forms of violence by imparting legal knowledge through free legal advice and at times assisting with litigious matters on a pro bono basis.
